The Celia’s best friend was her husband Pedro knight, they had many things in common but the most important thing was the music because they loved salsa music also, they had in common that they were in the same salsa band they   went to visit the same places, they went to visit many countries, and they had the same friends finally, they enjoyed their lifes together.

Really, they were music Lovers. 

They belonged to Cuban orchestra Sonora Matansera, She was singer and he played the trumpet. 

Also, they had in common that Celia Cruz was (Cuban- American) and her best friend too.

Celia was synonymous of salsa, love and humility and her best friend too.

Celia Cruz had cancer and her best friend too.

Also, Celia died in a hospital and her best friend too

Really is very sad for me, because, they were very special persons, and Celia was spectacular singer

She ate breakfast every morning

She add fish and omega 3 fatty acids to her diet ( because it has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease)

She drunk 6 or 8 wather´s glasses day/ and she believed that decaffeinated tea is better because it has antioxidant effect

She get enough sleep; she tryed to sleep at last six or seven hours each night

She practiced physical activity day/. She said " moving your body has immediate benefits"

She always sweared sun creen whit SPF 15 or higher for protected her skin

Hello, my name is Erika and I am calling from Medellin. Also, I really love to Celia Cruz.  She was a wonderful woman.  She had got some very good habits and for this Celia lived very happy all her life.

The most important was that Celia worked with a lot of love.

She liked to walk in the mornings. She didn´t like to eat junk food, She doesn´t smoke or drink.

Celia Cruz was an excellent dancer. She, of course, danced salsa.

When she was dancing and singing, she was transmitting good energy to people.

She didn´t love handcrafts because She always was very busy preparing her music.

When she was a teenager, she lulled to her cousins with lullabies, in this way she began to sing. She saw dancers and singers trough to the windows and she want to be like them. Her father was never agree with her, but her mother was always helped to her. She studied for to be a teacher she didn't like it. She loved the music and she leaved her university because she wants to sing. Then she studied in Music National Conservatory in Habana-Cuba. She was a principal voice in The Sonora Matancera.

Celia Cruz was actress too, she acted in movies such as “los reyes del mambo” and “Cuando Salí de Cuba”, Both movies were showing the histories of the first exiles.

This week we talk about music in the word, we express that we think. This exercise is very interesting because we practice speaking and improvise, was also very funny  because each represents a different genre.

My opinion about the music is:

The music is the language of the soul, is the expression of the sentiments independent of the genre. Music is the language of the soul, the music is aggressive, passionate, funny,  sad, music is expression, no drugs, no alcohol, no death.

MUSIC IS ART AND SCIENCE.

Hi all. This is my opinion about the last class…

The music is the muses art´s. It is an artistic manifestation of the culture and of highest spirit to man.  I think that the music is a basic need to men, because this has been its companion since early of its history. For express that is the music for me I want to quote this extract to a poem:

“I am the music. The oldest of the arts. In all history I have inspired all people with hope, I have guided their love, I have gave voice to their happiness, I have motivated to their bravery acts, and I have softened their in moments to despair. I have played an important paper in the drama of life. Through of my influence, the humanity has been elevated, softened and refined […]”

I loved it the last exercise, because beyond practice to speaking and improvise, we can understood that the music independently of its gender, it is in the heart of everyone, in all languages, in all lands and in all kind of people (ignorant, analphabet, rich or poor). The music directs at all in an idiom that all we can feel, through the voices of our souls.

THE LAST CLASS: TYPES OF MUSIC

The last class was very interesting because we can explain differents types of music around in the world. We can say that music is like a culture. Clothes wearing for each type of music is some distinctive too. We learn that music is passionating, exciting, relaxing, amusing, and it's depend of type and the moment that you listen it.

I like a lot of type of music and I respect the other people and their music. But I don't like that some singer make the music something vulgar.

Well. and I think that the last class was interesting. We learn when we play and this is very enrich for us.

ABOUT MUSIC

The last class was very interesting for me because I knew different musical genres.

I think music is the best way for us to release emotions.

It is very relaxing, all depends on our state of mind.

If you listen to reggae music, rock music, romantic music, it does not mean that you are a drug addict a crazy or depressive person.

Personally, I like to listen romantic music and I am not depressive. I am very romantic.

In addiction, what really matters is what you think and what you have in your heart.

the last class

The last class we are speaking about kinds of music, I think that it is very interesting because we could learn and I could listen to different opinions about music, we said that The music is a good expression in all countries in the world and, the music is beautiful. It is an expression and, with la music you can tell many things that you are feeling, you can demonstrate opinions, feelings, thoughts, states of mind and interests. The music listens to depend of the place and the moment. If you want relaxing, you can listen to pop, Instrumental music, reggae, instrumental or the other music. If you want dancing, you can listen to Merengue, Salsa and Vallenato. Finally, I think that the music is amusing, exciting, great, interesting, relaxing or passionate all depend how you are feeling.

fourth week

The classes last week were very important and productive. We investigated about the Rap, Reggae, Vallenato and pop music. We talked about the origin, the most important singers, and we listen some of the most representative songs. We Reflect  about of the influence of this kind of music.

Was very funny. We practiced the “speaking”. When We talked about the music, We use expressions of "likes and dislikes about music" for example, amusing, exciting, boring, interesting, sad, etc.

CONCLUSIONS ABOUT THE LAST CLASS

Music is a cultural expression, since a lot of years ago it is an important part in persons’ life.

In the last class we have an interesting discussion about of different music’s genres.

People expressed their opinions and they expounded each genre such as: pop, rap, vallenato and others.

All kind of musical genre has its style that likes to persons depending of their culture.

Music is art that is around of the world where there are many and different men and women that can choose a genre according to their whims.

In my opinion I think that all music is beautiful but, each who has right listen to music that like it.

Also, I think that singers are good persons or bad persons independently of their music genre.

In the other hand, the last class was very good because, we had the opportunity of to be speaking and learning more and more of English language.

KINDS OF MUSIC.

The music is a culture expression in all countries in the world. Across of it, you can demonstrate opinions, feelings, thoughts, states of mind and interests. The music listens depend of the place and the moment. If you want relaxing, you can listen to Reggue, Instrumental music, Pop or the other music. If you want dancing, you can listen to Rock, Merengue, Salsa, Vallenato. If you are here or there, is very good for you listen to music, 

The exercise of the last class was very good, because you can generate controversy, you can to give opinions and analyze about your classmates, moreover it is a good way of learn.

Music is an art form whose medium is sound. Common elements of music are  melody , harmony,  rhythm , dynamics, and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture.
The creation,  significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. Music can be divided into genres and subgenres, sometimes open to individual interpretation, and occasionally controversial.
To many people in many cultures music is an important part of their way of life. How we saw in last class there are different genres and each person chooses that what identify it. If music is pop, rap, rock, heavy metal, reggae, jazz, salsa, opera,  etc., it is amusing, exciting, great, interesting, relaxing or passionate for someone  and the other  hand it can is depressing, irritating, sad or silly for somebody; Everything depend of the moment.
I think about the exercise that it was very dynamic and educational, I felt more calm to speak  and I liked the subject because I really love all music.

GN:  What are yuor hobbies?

LZ: I enjoy dancing and watching T.V. because it´s very relaxing for me.             

GN: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

LZ: I enjoy staying with my family and I go out to party with my husband and my friends on Saturday.

GN: Would you like to play any instrument?

LZ:  I don´t play anything and I don´t like neither.

GN:  Are you good at sport?

LZ:   Yes, I play volleyball.  I practice it on weekend.

GN: Are you interested in learning new things?

LZ:  Yes, I´m interested in learning about new machine of textile design.

She is my best friend

 Her name is Sandra, she is 23 years old and she lives in Guatapé. We are friends since 15 years ago, for this reason we have many things in common. for example: she likes to go out on weekends and me too, she likes to pop music and me too but she doesn’t like popular music and me neither, we like go to church together, also we go to swimming pool, she likes to swimming and me too. We like to do many things.

She is my best friend because she is always with me, when I am sad sick or happy she is unconditional, she has many qualities.

She is funny because she likes to tell jokes, she is friendly because she has many friend, she is honest because she grew up in a very nice family, she is understamble because she always understand me, she is comprehensive because she always asking me how I’m feeling, she is solidary because she helps many people, she is cute because is a very nice person, she is intelligent because she likes to study, she is very special because she is an important person in my life.

I LOVE MY BEST FRIEND

My best friend is José, he is my husband too.
we have in common one son we love him, also we have in common he likes to play voleyball and me too,he likes to eat pizza,seafood and me too, but we absolutely hate the soup arracacha.
Addictionally we really love romantic music, we are happy together and we enjoy life also we are quite good making love.
I love Jose´s qualities , he is fantastic, cute, sincere and unconditional.

BIBIANA IS MY BEST FRIEND

According to with I commented you in pass class, I have some friends, but of all them, my best friend is Bibiana. I want talk you about our friendship.

We have a good friendship. She has many qualities that become her in a great person for me. I met her since 6 years ago in Moe´s bar. We really love rock music, above all Ska, punk and reggae music. 

I love her, because she is unconditional for me, always she is with me. When I make a mistake, she advises me. By the way, she is really honest, maybe she can make me cry, but I know that she doing it because she loves me too.

She understands all of me, she knows both my qualities as my defects, however, between these, she prefers to stay with my positive aspects.  For that, we don´t have enough time for false discussions and lies. We are really into talk about our problems with all honesty.

Moreover, we like cool moments. We are quite good for fun us, for example, to camp, go to concerts, listen to music or simply be relaxed are my favorites plans and Bibiana´s too. 

After all that I told you about my friendship with Bibiana, I want quote a Kurt Cobain´s sentence: “The authentic friend is who knows whole about you, and remains you friend”.

Hello!!

MARY my best friend.

She is always ready to spend some time listen to my problems and any other concern that I have.

I consider that she is a generous person, because she doesn’t have any problem sharing her knowledge with anyone, on few words she is a

trustworthy person. She is a caring  person, she is always beside me, in good times and bad times, making me laugh when I’m in a bad mood.

She is very talkative and offer’s  me support  whit very nice and kind words.  We enjoy going on vacation, because we travel a lot. I’m  glad for the opportunity of meeting  someone like her and I also feel  really proud  of her friendship.

Finally Mary is unconditional, tolerant, comprehensive, funny, solidary and honest.

We have many things in common. Mary likes the candy specially the chocolate and me too. She has one brother and me too. She no has sister and me neither. She have twenty two years old, and me too.

She absolutely hates eat tongue, and me too. We don't have enough time for play basketball.

Hello teacher and classmates, I today will do them a summary of who is my best friend. Since four  years ago She always has been with me, in happy times and in sad times; we know quite a lot about health; she really loves to help people and me too, she absolutely hate abuse and me too, she can`t bear  injustice and me either. When we are together, in the work or in the free times, we are really into speak about our things; we are quite good singing and we don´t have enough time for cook, we prefer go out to dinner or we ask for delivery service. MY BEST FRIEND AND ME

My best friend  Jessi lives in Monteria, we met when we studied in the school, actually, She is english teacher and I am doctor, we really love the vallenato music, especially Peter Manjarez. When I go to Monteria, we go out to the some parties with other friends, we are quite good to enjoy stay together, we don´t have enough time for the mathematics or politics, because we absolutely  hate it.

We are the best friends, maybe we aren´t together many time but she and me talk frequently, and we are very important in our life. If I am sad, jessi call me or send a e-mail, but always She stay with me and I am always with she too.

ABOUT OF MY BEST FRIENDS

Sandra is my best friend, but I have other good friends too.

I have other four friends, also, They have many qualities.

• Mario is my friend since nine years ago. I met him in my job; we worked together for two years.

He is sympatic, friendly and very honest.

Mario and me really love pets, he has a big dog and me too.

• Caliche is my other man friend, he is a lawyer. We met us in the work too since ten years ago. We see us little, but, really we are good friends. He helps me when I have legal problems in my job.

Caliche is a sincere man and he absolutely hates politics.

• Anyway, Aracelly is my workmate since thirteen years ago; she knows me  too much, because always we are together. She cheers up me when I am sad. She is married. She is a secretary in my office. Aracelly is responsible, funny and tolerant.

She doesn’t have enough time for board games  and me either.

• On the other hand, I will talk about Any. She is a public accountant and me too; she is single and me too. We know quite a lot about of finances.

On weekends, we are really into shopping.

In conclusion they are very special, men or women contribute important things in my life…..It’s wonderful to have friends.

I have a very good friend.

Her name is Sandra. She lives in Guatape and I live in Guatape too. I like to listen to music with her, I like pop music and she likes too. On Sundays we like to have lunch near the lake.

But for dessert I don’t like chocolates, because I usually feel sick or I have a headache so I prefer to eat something that don’t have chocolate  and Sandra does not eat chocolates either.

At nights, we go and talk about a boy that she likes very much, and I ask Sandra what she thinks about him.

She tells me that she needs to either engage with him or tell him that she loves him and ask him to wait for her

Last year, the boy invited Sandra and me too, we went out

Sandra liked very much went out with him and me too

Because he is a boy friendly.

I liked to go out very much, but I didn’t like very much the rainy weather, and Sandra didn't like it either, she said it was too cold. Then we went back to my house and we had a very day. We have many things in common and so that is why I spend my time with my friend Sandra.
